Yin Yan Chi

Founder - Farid Zainal Fuadi

Yinyang chi is different from reiki as it deals not with universal energy as in reiki but with our personal energy which is stored in the tantien area below the navel. Hence it can be classified as what is generally known as ‘inner power’. However, it does have some reiki characteristics. As with reiki, it will not sap the practicioner’s energy as the energy used for healing will be quickly replaced, as long as the practicioner stays calm and composed during a healing session and does not become over-excited in channeling his/her own energy.

In Yinyang Chi, we work with two types of personal energy:

·         The Yang (hot energy), also known as Gtummo in Tibetan tradition

·         The Yin (cold energy), also known as Sheetakari in Tibetan tradition

In a healing session with Yinyang Chi, we use only one hand position. For self healing, just put one hand on the chest, the other on the stomach / navel area. For healing other people, position yourself behind the patient, put each hand on the patient’s shoulder while our thumbs are placed on the back of the upper neck. Then intend to channel the energy until you feel the session is completed. For distant healing or healing a patient of other gender, just visualise the hand position.

Apart from healing, you can use the Yang energy for heating your self in a cold weather, or the Yin energy to cool your self in a hot weather.

Course includes 1 attunement, english manual and e-mail certificate.
